Program (or Programme) Management
Program Management, or ‘Programme Mangement’ as it is sometime called, is the process of managing several related projects, often with the intention of improving an organization’s performance. Compared to a project which is aimed to deliver direct output, a program has the objective to deliver a more visionary business oriented outcome, a higher goal for your organization, which sometime is less tangible and is more about selling the longer term outcome, or selling the ‘dream’ as we call it.
When you are managing multiple related projects within a program, you will run into new challenges. In many occasions a program requires a larger project organization, and the information coming from the separate projects needs to be consolidated so that it becomes easier to make decisions and align the projects. Besides bringing the information together, you will also run into practical matters like the construction and maintenance of an integrated planning (both detailed and high-level) and the management of cross-project risks, issues, and dependencies. And finally yet importantly, all the projects members, stakeholders and the end user organization need to be reminded constantly of the higher goal that we are striving for. SAP Projects
As there is a difference between Program and Project Management, so is there a difference between SAP projects and other IT projects. In our experience SAP is a world on its own, as the software of SAP works in a particular way, the possibilities are endless, and SAP consultants are trained to work in certain ways.
Over the last years we have specialized ourselves in managing SAP projects, and we have implemented SAP products like SAP ERP Central Component (ECC), SAP NetWeaver Process Orchestration (PO/PI/XI), SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C), SAP Content Server, SAP Business Warehouse and Business Objects. We have also integrated SAP with systems like ReadSoft Invoice for OCR, ReadSoft PR/PO for web based Purchase Order creation, Adobe forms for custom output, Nicelabel for barcode printing and more.

Project Controlling

Project Health check
As we have managed projects and programs in the past, we know how a project or program should be organized, and which elements are important for the success. Therefore, we can also perform health checks on your projects. A health check can be several things, from a check on the project organization and documentation, up to a deep-dive into one of the project deliverables.
