As there is a difference between Program and Project Management, so is there a difference between SAP projects and other IT projects. We are specialized in managing SAP projects, using proven SAP implementation methods.

Project Controlling

The quality of a project is constrained by budget, time and scope. In larger programs and projects, managing planning, budget and deviations is a complex task. We are experienced in controlling projects, both on time and budget.
