To extend capacity of their location in the Netherlands the client decided to develop a new Data Hal and this hall was fully designed by the client in the period 2010 until 2012. In 2013 all the designs where approved and we were assigned to the project to create the calculation/ budget for both the build of the hall (including infrastructure), and the placements of the unique patented boxes, which fill the hall in a modular way.

After budget creation, we collaborated closely with the Project Manager who was guiding the actual build and we were responsible for controlling any and all deviations, bi-weekly budget updates, the procurement process of project related materials and resources, and the correct and timely payment of project invoices. We are proud to mention that after delivery of the hall (incl. infrastructure) was deviating less than 0.5% from the initial calculation.
